Technical Support

1. I can't open the file or am getting error messages...what do I do?
You may have trouble opening some of the files if you do not have a file compression utility (like WinZip) on your computer. If this is the case, just follow the steps below and they should open without a problem:

1. Download a free evaluation copy of WinZip at www.winzip.com. You do not have to pay for this software.

2. Once WinZip is installed, open the WinZip program. If it asks you to choose between WinZip Wizard, or WinZip classic, choose WinZip Classic.

3. Click on the "Open" button at the top of the WinZip program, and choose the file that you downloaded from us.

4. After the file opens in WinZip, click the "Extract" button at the top of WinZip and choose a permanent location for the files.

5. Now close WinZip and open up the file from Windows Explorer or the appropriate program.


2. I am unable to download the file/my connection timed out...what do I do?
The problem may be that the server was busy, or a connection timeout occurred. Try the download again using the link provided.
